Preferred Insurance Coverage
For our patients who have dental insurance, we are happy to assist you in determining your dental coverage available in order for you to receive maximum benefits for which you are entitled. Our loyalty is offered to you, not to an insurance company. As your advocate, we will support you in every way possible in filing insurance claims and answering your insurance questions and concerns. After coordinating your insurance benefits, you will be responsible for any deductibles and/or balances remaining.
We accept assignment from most insurance companies. In addition, we are preferred providers for Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, and Washington Dental Service (Delta Dental).

Kenneth W. Russell, DDS
Greetings: It has been my pleasure to serve the community of Covington as a dentist for over thirty years. I am a true native of the state of Washington, as I was born in Seattle and have been a resident of Washington for over forty years. I attended the University of Washington for my undergraduate and professional education.

During completion of my undergraduate requirements, I majored in preventive medicine and environmental health. In 1978, I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Through continuing education, post-graduate coursework, and professional study club affiliations, I have been able to stay on the leading edge of the latest in dental technology. I currently hold memberships in the following professional associations: American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle-King County Dental Society. My interests and hobbies include boating, fly-fishing, golfing, music (playing drums), and as a University of Washington alumni, Husky football. I personally invite you and your family to share in the rewards of my extensive experience and unwavering commitment to the best in dental excellence. Kyle S. Blair, DDS
As a lifetime Washington resident, I am happy to be serving as a dentist in Covington. I spent my youth in Kirkland before attending the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA as a Founders’ Scholar. I graduated Cum Laude in three years at Pacific with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before coming back to the northwest to attend the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
+read moreAfter receiving my Doctorate in Dental Surgery, I came to Covington to work with Dr. Russell, my uncle. In August of 2010, I married the love of my life, Kelly. Together, we enjoy hiking, playing soccer, and travelling. Currently, I am a member of the Seattle-King County Dental Society, Washington State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Southshore branch of the Seattle Study Club. By staying up-to-date with the latest research and technology, and combining that with tried-and-true methods, I strive to achieve the highest level of quality the dental profession has to offer. I believe the key to that quality is communication. Working with patients on an individual basis to develop a treatment plan that suits their specific needs and desires is the approach that I believe will best serve the people of Covington and the surrounding area. Together, you and I can achieve and sustain a healthy, beautiful smile.

Hi, my name is Janet and I am dedicated to assisting and educating you towards achieving optimum oral health. My dental adventure began over thirty-five years ago working after school for a pediatric dentist. My after-school assisting job led to a position as the front office staff.

I thoroughly love my career as a dental hygienist! I am a member of the Washington State Dental Hygienists’ Association, the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, as well as a member of the Capstone Dental Hygiene Study Club. I continually attend courses to ensure I offer my patients the latest and greatest in oral health care management. I have greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Russell since 1989. In my personal time, I enjoy distance running with my two canine friends. I also love active adventures, gardening, reading, and sharing time with my husband, kids and grandchildren.

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana before completing my Dental Hygiene degree from Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington.
